BorgWarner is to showcase its latest advancements at India’s Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 (previously Auto Expo). The brand will present its LFP battery and other drivetrain solutions at the expo.
BorgWarner’s main focus at the expo will be its LFP battery systems. These have been designed with a robust and modular architecture based on blade cell technology from FinDreams Battery. Offering high energy density and adaptability, the LFP comes in different pack sizes, making it ideal for all electrified commercial vehicles, such as buses and trucks, and all kinds of off-road applications.
LFP batteries help to extend vehicle range, offer more reliability and enhance safety performance. Additionally, the batteries are equipped with the latest self-developed, futureproof electronics and software platform. BorgWarner will also showcase its integrated drive modules, eMotors, high-voltage coolant heaters, next-generation inverters and cutting-edge turbocharging solutions at the expo, all of which contribute to its broad portfolio that supports electrification and hybrid and advanced combustion needs.
“Our participation in the Bharat Mobility Global Expo marks a significant opportunity to showcase our pioneering eMobility technologies,” said Dr Stefan Demmerle, vice president of BorgWarner and president and general manager of PowerDrive Systems. “With our high-energy LFP batteries and advanced power electronics as well as thermal management solutions, we are committed to supporting India’s rapid move toward cleaner, more efficient mobility solutions. Our global expertise and local presence enable us to be a key partner in this transformation.”
