Hyundai has unveiled the all-new i10. The latest addition to the āiā range will be available at launch with two engines: A 1-liter MPi three-cylinder with peak output of 67ps and 96Nm torque, as well as a 1.2-liter MPi four-cylinder that outputs 84ps and 118Nm torque.
Both engines are available with either a five-gear manual transmission and a five-gear automated manual transmission (AMT). Compared with a traditional automatic transmission, the AMT offers greater efficiency thanks to lighter weight and reduced friction.
All powertrains in the i10 are equipped with Idle Stop and Go (ISG) tech, which contributes to lower fuel consumption, lower CO2 emissions and higher efficiency.
