Nissan has expanded its e-NV200 line-up in Europe with the introduction of its the Voltia van. The all-electric vehicle, which has a load space of 8m3, features technology based on the Nissan Leaf’s powertrain.
It is equipped with a 40kWh battery and an onboard CHAdeMO charger for rapid DC-charging capability.
The e-NV200 XL Voltia comes with intelligent energy management technology, with B mode optimizing regenerative braking to recharge the battery on the move.
ECO mode manages the power output to conserve energy which, combined with B mode, maximizes range according to Nissan.
Manuel Burdiel, general manager Europe, LCV sales and business development, Nissan, said, “The efficient zero-emission powertrain, compact body and versatile cargo space allow businesses to make last-mile delivery less time-intensive and more sustainable.”
The e-NV200 XL Voltia is available in Europe through Gruau, and UK conversions will be carried out by Bevan Group, based in Wednesbury, West Midlands, UK.
