Ionity has selected Caverion to service and maintain electric vehicle high-power charging stations in five countries.
The 350kW charging stations are located along major highways and enable drivers to charge their vehicles in less than 20 minutes depending on battery capacity.
Caverion will be responsible for servicing and maintenance of transformers at charging stations in Norway, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Operations will be managed centrally by Caverion and carried out by local experts. Caverion is also installing new charging stations for Ionity in Norway and Sweden.
Laura Karotie, vice president, services business development, Caverion, said, “E-mobility provides an exciting growth opportunity for Caverion, well matching with our strong capabilities in the area of smart technologies.”
