Toyota’s new Corolla Touring Sports, due to be unveiled at the Paris Motor Show next month, will see two brand-new hybrid powertrains added to the engine line-up.
The new 1.8-liter and 2-liter hybrid powertrains will produce 123ps and 182ps respectively. The new engine options now mean the Corolla Touring Sports has only one conventional powertrain option – a 1.2-liter turbocharged petrol.
The new Corolla features a MacPherson strut front suspension system, an all-new multi-link rear suspension arrangement, new shock absorber valve technology and, for the first time, the availability of Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS).
